Oliver's market expertise focuses on Europe, mainly the DACH region, FLAP and Tier 2 markets such as Zurich and Milan and with previous work experience on US and MENA projects.
Previous experience in data centre transactions, development and finance, including real estate asset management, data centre land acquisition, due diligence, utility agreements, network and fibre, GC contractor and development management.
Lead debt arranger and equity transactions for diverse sectors, logistics, food-anchored real estate, energy and infrastructure projects. Previous transaction track record exceeding EUR 1.2bn.
